What is uRack?

uRack is a new controller for condensing units and compact compressor racks that work with HFCs and HFOs.

uRack was completely redesigned.

So that its hardware platform is completely new and upgraded and focuses firmly on connectivity.

In fact, all uRack functions can be configured directly in the Applica app on your smartphone.

This issue makes setting up the device much easier and more visual.

The controller can be connected via Bluetooth or NFC.

The product offers all the functions for optimal unit management: the visual wizard process guides the user through the first power-up and setting of basic parameters, which are later supplemented with more advanced features. Dedicated energy-saving modes (float condensing and suction pressure), general functions that can be set by the user for versatile use of the control, and compressor liquid return protection logic are all available.

Customizable features of uRack in Applica software

• Management of two compressor lines (with a maximum of 4+2 compressors)
• Energy saving options (floating compression stage control, compressor and fan modulation)
• Compressor protection against fluid backflow and other general functions that can be set directly by one using Applica.

Everything can be easily configured through a user interface that simplifies unit configuration and commissioning in the field.

More in connectivity options is a BMS port available for connecting to supervisory systems.
