 Air Conditioning of Packaged unit

The air conditioning section of the packaged unit includes a DX cooling or heating coil (heat pump), and one filter monitoring with a supply fan. This solution can manage the air conditioner sector well.

Condensing section

In the condensing section, it can easily control one or two circuits and a maximum of two compressors in each circuit.

Using a PID control loop

A PID control loop can be selected for each circuit to control and adjust the superheat in the evaporator. For this purpose, a driver is selected for each circuit along with an expansion valve with a suitable size (based on the design) that can control the temperature of the superheat. The Superheat temperature control equipment is designed in such a way that with the lowest energy loss, it can quickly bring the Superheat temperature to the set point and is competitive in every respect compared to other similar systems offered in the market.  The advanced technology of manufacturing CAREL control valves allows this operation to be performed with high speed and accuracy. One of the important control functions that can be activated or deactivated is the management of the rotation of the compressors (Rotation), which can be selected that activated by the user in this program.

By using the Internet of Things or IoT (Internet of Things) technology and the membership of the users in this system, they will have the possibility to access the managed systems remotely.  In this way, it provides them with a wide range of services including optimization, setup, monitoring, and control.
