v.VentModular (Basic)

The basic modular packaged controller comes with a Vida-branded modular program to run a scroll or BLDC packaged with heat pump activation. The basic modular packaged controller kit is provided along with the BLDC compressor kit and other related tools. It also enables manufacturers to introduce new technology to the market.

This product is a complete set of operational functions and all the necessary hardware facilities that are provided to customers as a kit. The features of this software cover all the cooling and heating needs of small to medium-scale buildings along with other operators.

In terms of hardware, this solution provides all the facilities needed to launch compression cycle (DX coil) packaged. The sum of all facilities necessary to launch and control a package unit, including software, controller, sensors, and actuators, is called a solution. These solutions are provided by KARA RAVESH SABA Company based on the client’s request and by checking the type of package under the Vida brand.

The packaged solution has a basic model, which includes one to three circuits, three ON/OFF scroll compressors or one BLDC compressor, and two ON/OFF compressors in each circuit. This solution can to control one to three groups of condenser fans in each circuit.

Basic modular packaged

In the air conditioner part of the packaged unit software, it is possible to control a simple Full Fresh air conditioner to a full air conditioner with a return fan (Supply + Return) along with a variety of energy recovery systems (Recovery) for both basic and advanced solutions. The choice of fan control type with CAV, VAV, and ON/OFF strategy is based on customer needs and can be selected as an option.  Even in the future, based on the needs of the user, if there is enough I/O in the hardware, the type of control strategy of different systems can be changed. It is possible to add two expansion cards to increase I/O. With this modular feature, functions can be added or removed. It is possible to choose ON/OFF and modulating control of the dampers according to the strategy. If the Free Cooling function is activated, the motor control of the dampers will be selected intelligently and gradually.

Filters monitoring feature in the basic modular packaged controller

In the monitoring section of filters for aluminum, bag and HEPA substrates (for hygienic systems), it is possible to control, monitor and operate them based on DPT and DPS sensors.

Reminder of service and maintenance time

The control system continuously calculates and monitors the operating hours of fans, valves, compressors, and dampers.   In the specific period set by the user, an alert can be set for the periodic service of this equipment based on the number of hours of operation to announce the need for service as an alert at the appointed time.   Before starting up, all active equipment such as fans, valves, and compressors can be activated or deactivated for manual testing (cold test). There are wide possibilities in the monitoring and supervision department. By default, Modbus RTU and TCP/IP protocols can be used in them. Therefore, in order to operate these pieces of equipment in the building management system (BMS), these systems can be easily controlled and operated based on predefined addresses. One of the wide features offered by the Vida brand is a monitoring system that can be used in a ready (or so-called Plug and Play) way. The basic modular packaged controller makes the operators of such systems unnecessary to create costly monitoring systems.

Remote surveillance and monitoring systems

V.BOSS and V.ClOUD systems provide the possibility of creating a local monitoring structure or a remote connection quickly and without the need to create a costly monitoring infrastructure, which can provide information and performance of air conditioning systems and other subsystems of the Vida brand without the need collect and store any identification and functional information to any programming. The operator can see the performance report of these systems (trend) in the form of graphic and imagine charts with report management capabilities and with high visual quality, and analyze data (after Data Acquisition) to optimize the systems at the installation site or in the test room. to use Also, similar facilities have been designed in a cloud space for monitoring called V.CLOUD, which by using Internet of Things IOT (Internet of Things) technology and the membership of users in this system, They will be able to have access the systems for managing, remotely, thus providing them with a wide range of services including optimization, setup, monitoring, and control.

Compatibility with displays

In this solution, various types of user interfaces such as a display (PGDE) and colorize HMI (Human Machine Interface) are available with different dimensions (4.3, 7, 10 inches).   The PGDE display, which has six simple control keys, is usually used to make settings quickly. This equipment is very useful when commissioning different ventilation and refrigeration systems. Another very powerful feature of this solution is the Web User Interface.which is loaded by default in the controller associated with these solutions, and the user will have access to these web pages through the TCP/IP protocol, which provides the user with extensive facilities.
